A unique, varied and interesting excursion, it's for those who love nature, a change of scenery and, above all, love Morocco, a day to discover the best of Taghazout. It's all about the ocean. Taghazout is also a world-famous surf spot.

The Madrague {Arabic word t'darrague (to hide) - madrague (shelter)} is a fixed fishing net, designed for small-scale coastal fishing for migrant tuna, bonito, swordfish... Taghazout is home to both fishing and tourism, the latter being the most important activity, as well as being famous for its beaches and surf spots. Dozens of beaches that have the advantage of being further from the city, clean and sunny. They give the whole Atlantic coast its beauty.

Greetings to the Falco family from the Côte d'Azur.

Departure from Agadir at 09:30 or 10:00 a.m., heading north (Essaouira road) once you've reached the old village of Taghazout (fishermen's & surfers' village)... a walking tour of the village and beach is a must... then back on the road (stops at will), photo stops and relaxation stops when there's beautiful scenery!

Fishing village, small auction (sale of fish of the day), photo stop and relaxation.

Internationally known surf spot, beautiful view of the waves and the mountains and also the old lighthouse of the cape.

Another beautiful landscape and Surf Spot, nice photo stop, a small freshwater Lagoon which is an important passage for migratory birds.

(banana village) a small visit is planned, Weekly and Typical Rural Souk on Monday!

10 km after Tamri... There are magnificent sand dunes on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean... We make a little track... then a compulsory stop (a short walk on the fine blond sand is very pleasant), with an impressive view of the cliffs (where the Northern Bald Ibis nests) (protected and endangered bird species) the only remaining colony in the world is in Morocco!

After that, we head for the Berber village, do a bit of trail riding, and a well-deserved reward awaits us. It's a real treat ... to be paid directly to the inhabitant on the spot.

After a short break, we head back to Agadir !
